The public's morale is at rock bottom, and your character has come out of a life of seclusion and solitude in order to step up and replace the emperor who has just died.

Your goal is to introduce stability and leadership to a land that desperately needs it. Right away, you will notice the music of the game, which is epic and adventurous, foretelling the grand adventures still to come.
Sound effects come regularly during certain times, such as when you win a battle or fulfill a mission and a triumphant tune briefly plays. The touch interface is very intuitive and easy to use, which makes a game with a lot of complexity very simple to learn and enjoy.
At first, you will select a country from three options- Wei, Shu, and Wu. Each has a special advantage in either productivity, mission capability, or battle, respectively. Then, you name your emperor and choose from over a dozen different portraits portraying both men and women to give your hero a face to go with the name.
Then, a helpful in-game tutorial begins that shows you the ropes. You can go to different locations within your country, such as the palace, pubs, institute, storage area, and barracks. In the pubs, you can recruit generals, who are better according to the quality of the pub itself.
Institutes are the secret to researching better technology and unlocking new soldier types. The palace, on the other hand, gives you all of the information you could need, like stats on your level, bosses defeated, missions completed, and so on.
You'll also see how your cash flow is going, get info on your ground troops, see how your workers are doing, and more. The challenge of the game is using your limited energy, loyalty and stamina to succeed against the other countries and the missions that await you.
In the mission map, you can choose from opposing countries and take on a mission that rewards you in loot, experience (to level up), gold, and resources. When you earn enough experience to level up, you can increase energy, loyalty, or stamina.
Other helpful features include a unit menu where you can learn about the strengths and weaknesses of military units, a market where you can refill energy, buy spies, add an alliance, or spin a wheel to earn ZenPoints or other boosts, and a news screen to find out the latest happenings.
This game is unbelievably deep and really rewards careful thought and strategy. Fortunately, it is also easy to play and get lost in for hours at a time, thanks to the great design and user-friendly interface.
It's a game strategy buffs as well as players new to the genre will both enjoy.
