Punctual Auto Voice, SMS Email Reminders game review

As a business professional, I understand the importance of keeping ahead of the game.

To keep ahead of the game, you have to be aware of what is going on currently and what is going happen in the future. With business and personal life competing for my time, I am always having to juggle all my tasks, reminders and appointments, and it is a job of its own, it seems, keeping track of it all.

I found a new app available on the iTunes Store, designed for the iPhone, and it seems like it has everything covered when it comes to time & appointment management.

This app is great because it initiates a two-way communication between yourself and those whom you are interacting with for appointments or other tasks that you have to keep track of. The name of the app is called Punctual: Auto Voice, SMS & E-mail Reminders.

This app is unique because it allows you set an appoint, for any date, and then set a reminder that can be sent to people in your contact address book. You can choose to send Voice, SMS or e-mail reminders.

The ability to send Voice and SMS messages is a cost item, you can purchase packets of credits in different amounts for different prices. Ten credits start out at USD $4. 99 and can go up to 160 credits for USD $29. 99.

Each time a Voice or SMS message is sent, it will cost one credit. When the recipient of the message receives the notice, then the app will be notified, and the statuses that are used in the app are displayed for each appointment.

There are four main statuses that are displayed: Confirmed (the recipient did receive the appointment and confirmed it), Declined (the recipient declined the appointment), Awaiting (the recipient has not responded to your message) and Not Sent Yet (the message is scheduled to be sent, but has not been sent yet).

By default, the application will read from the appointment scheduled in your calendars and populate the reminders with this information. If you are using Google Calendar, the app downloads your google calendar information, so you will need to update the app with your Google e-mail address and password so that it can download all your calendar items.

Once that is done, then you can sync your calendar items at any time. Using this app also has the advantage that you can confirm your meeting attendees real invitation status. You do not need to worry about whether they got the message because the app will always inform you if they have reacted to your appointments.

This alone should save people a lot of time, especially those who are normally participating in a lot of meetings. I see this app as a handy tool for business people, the type who spend most of their day running from one meeting to the next.
