A solution, is now available for these mobile devices, it is an application called Secret App – Private Albums Manager. This app allows you to create multiple accounts which you can use to log into your iPad or iPhone device.
It is very easy to use, all that is required is a new username and password each time you login. When you first use the application, you will be prompted to enter a username and a password. The application will ask you if you wish to register a new user if the username you have selected is not already exist.
Once you have defined a user for the application, each time you enter the username and correct password, the application will open the folders that have been protected by that username and password. Using the application in this way, you can protect your secret material that you do not want prying eyes to have access to.
The application supports multiple types of content. You can store photo albums, notes, videos, contacts, music and audio and more. All of this information which you add to the iPad using the Secret App – Private Albums Manager become available only to the authorized user who has the username and password.
It is very easy to have multiple accounts using this application. This makes it especially handy if you are working in a company that shares iPads for work purposes, or if you share your iPad at home with family members and do not want them to read, or otherwise have access to your files.
Other features include the ability to log the number of attempts that someone has tried to access to the iPad, or break-in attempts, so you can see if someone has tried to access your iPad information without your knowledge.
There are three different kinds of authentication methods also available. There is a basic pin code authorization, a 9 lock code and even voice recognition can be used as an authentication method. Basic authorization is available in the free version of the app, and you can upgrade via in app purchase, the advanced authentication methods.
The application in no way limits you from doing normal activities with your iPad or iPhone. You can still view and share images, place home calls, create and share videos, and share information to your friends via Facebook, Twitter and email.
