The application is compatible with iCloud, which, as well as being used to store and backup data, can also be used to transfer and manage files.

Snap2PDF does not only allow easy creation of PDF files, but it has a highly functional file management system. The main screen looks similar to a bookcase; new files will appear as a new book on the bookcase.
It is also possible to create different categories or groups, which, in essence, creates a new bookcase. The user is prompted to view their desired category before viewing the files. It is very easy to change the category and there is a view all option, that will display all PDF files in the application regardless in which category they reside.
A unique and very appealing part of this software is that it reads images with text and converts the text into sentences for easy modifications. The text can be copied or edited and put to SMS, email or saved onto the clipboard.
To use this feature the user needs to take a picture of the text document, it is important to have a clean, crisp image with no distortion. Once this has been completed select the OCR button. Snap2PDF currently supports twenty different languages so choose the appropriate one to the text on the document.
The program will load some new settings, which will only take a few seconds, save the image to the bookcase and then re-open the file. There will be a new text option and you can use this to select the text, edit misspelt or wrong words before saving the information to the clipboard for use in new documents or emails.
As you import and add more and more documents to the bookcases the search option will come in very useful. The right side of the screen has the alphabet and this is used for quickly searching through all documents.
There is also a complete search facility by scrolling to the very top of the bookcase. This is hidden initially and you will need to scroll up to find this search option. Another fantastic feature is the access to Dropbox and iCloud storage.
This can be setup in the options menu, which is located towards the top right of the interface. Once the program has been linked, sending and receiving files is almost instant and backup files can be created for important documents.
Overall this is an absolutely fantastic program for business and personal use. It is very user friendly and provides a simple way to create and manage PDF documents. It has a professional look but is just as useful for home and personal use as it is for business men and woman as well as school, college and university students.
