This is certainly a game which requires a lot of strategic thinking so you can wisely deal with formation and tactics.

You have to look at the players individually to asses what their skills are, their previous statistics and the finer details of their contracts. You must also make careful note of how dedicated they are and what their fitness levels are like.
Then as a manager you must aim to train them to the best of their abilities in order that they produce a winning team. I found that there was so much content to this game and I was in charge of so much to do that I did actually feel like a real manager.
I had to look at purchasing new players for the team in addition to selling old ones. I would have to keep an eye of the transfer market in order to try and make my team the best that I could. I was also in charge of a youth teams!
The list of responsibilities was endless. The team take part in two cups called the National Cup and the Campions cup and I had to make my team the best I could for these. In light of the huge amount of jobs I was expected to do as a manager I did find the game quite time consuming and a real challenge at time however if you are a football fan you will love this game.
I could also hire additional staff to help with the team. A quirky feature I quite liked was the commentary of the match which made it feel very realistic. I would have to pay attention during the game in order to make any subs.
Also as manager I was in charge of the money and would have to keep a careful eye of the team’s finances. Where I felt the graphics let the game down the music and sound effects compensated for this. The game is about the management and not the visuals so I did not feel that this affected the game in a negative manner too much.
Overall this is a really good game especially for football fans. It requires a lot of strategic thinking. On account of the huge amount of responsibilities you are given be prepared to have to give up a lot of your time to do this.
